Hi There, I recently upgraded my Windows 2003 R2 server to Windows 2008 R2. Since the upgrade Acronis True Image Echo Server for Windows installed on the server stopped working with the following error message: Program Compatibility Assistant This program is blocked due to compatibility issues Program: Acronis True Image Published: Acronis Location: C: Program Files (x86)Acronis TrueImageEchoServer TrueImage.exe The application event log shows the floowing critical error event: The application (Acronis True Image, from vendor Acronis) was hard-blocked and raised the following: Acronis True Image is incompatible with this version of Windows.

For more information, contact Acronis. I tried un-installing and re-installing Acronis. I also tried using Compatibility tab on the application properties window but with no luck. I will appreciate any help with this.

Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.
