We checked the record and contacted with seller again, and we saw that our Server Licensed in Turkey, so problem cannot be solved by Dell International. Note: Starting with Windows Server 2012, the evaluation version must be converted to a full retail version. Hi, we have a PowerEdge T110 II Server and we faced with a problem some time ago. So we sent our server to technician (not Dell's staff) to solve this problem and he said that 'I've solved the problem but I had to reinstall your OS'. But after some time we seen that there is a notification on bottom-right corner and notification says 'Activate the Windows' and we understand that he installed clean copy of OS and this is not licensed. We tried to activate the Windows with serial key on sticker (on the side of computer case) but this key doesn't work. Inpage file convert to jpg. Probably It means he installed another version of Windows. (We cannot reach this technician for now) We contacted with Dell Turkey to get a installation media but they said that 'They don't have any media that they can bring us and even this can be result to violation of license' and our computer was sold without installation media. Is there any way to download original media from Dell (or Microsoft) to install our server OS again as licensed?
